Reflections from the Frog Pond
Cheers from sunny Albuquerque, New Mexico! No frog pond here, but I have been on sabbatical this year in the Land of Enchantment. Sabbatical has been an interesting idea for me to contemplate. While I haven’t actually been off, I have been looking at the company in new ways. After having some downtime in the desert, I realized there were two key areas where Sage Portfolio Group needed my leadership.
The first area was for me to create a new sales program called Deep Selling. It is a program that keeps relationships at the center and teaches fundamental skills for how to nurture relationships. It is built on my years as a top producing sales person combined with my 10 years of sales and leadership coaching.
