When I called Garry Schleifer, I was in the middle of a huge career transition. I was out of work and was over-analysing my career options. Garry helped me to acknowledge my past career achievements, clearly define my ideal job and focus my search efforts. Garry's leadership style has an amazing balance between inspiration and the "edge".
