In
this six week course, participants will learn and experience
simple yet transformative techniques to look at the situations,
people, or parts of themselves which may be causing them
stress or pain. The use of imagery is a powerful tool for
finding creative solutions to problems. Participants will
be guided through each technique with caring and non-judgmental
support, enabling them to relax and tap into their own quiet
wisdom. There is no need to share the issues out loud since
these are guided and receptive visualizations which allow
each individual to work through their own images gently
and independently. In order to reinforce these images, participants
may find that drawing or writing during these classes is
useful. |
