Executive coaching is used in organizations to develop strong leaders and to support team members so that their potential can be maximized. Executive Coaching is a personalized leadership program to help leaders both learn and implement learning during and between sessions. Our executive coaches are chosen for their strong business backgrounds, their professional training, and mastery of coaching. All of our coaches are certified through the International Coach Federation and are committed to the profession of coaching. Executive Coaching is a powerful tool for executives. It can be used for a new hire to navigate the beginning stages of a new position or new company. The first months on the job for an executive can set up how his or her entire career develops. Executive Coaching can give the new hire added insurance to excel.
Most of our executive coaches meet with their clients by telephone (although in person sessions are available in some cases). Sessions with our coaches range from 30 minutes to 1 hour—depending on the client’s schedule and needs. Clients may work with a coach for a brief period to accomplish a specific goal–usually not less than three months—or, as is more often the case, work with a coach on a longer-term, ongoing basis with varying intensity in frequency and duration of sessions.
