The
Sage Portfolio Group has assembled a group
of highly trained, highly skilled business coaches who follow
professional ethics guidelines and are certified through The
International Coach Federation. The International Coach Federation
credentials coaches from many different coaching schools and
requires that high standards be kept in the industry. We do
not hire uncertified coaches.
Our
coaches strive to provide the highest possible standards for
our customers. Most of our Business Coaches meet with their
clients by telephone (although in person sessions are available
in some cases). Sessions with our coaches range from 30 minutes
to 1 hour—depending on the client’s schedule. Our
trial sessions are approximately 40 minutes in length. Clients
work with a coach for short amounts of time (3 months) and clients
work with a coach on an ongoing basis.
In
a coaching session the client can expect to be supported, to
be challenged and to sometimes experience a dramatic shift in
perspective. The client can expect the coach to hold them accountable
to move into action and can expect to see change happening in
their life. The coach counts on the client to be a coactive
participant in the process. Unfortunately, the coach won’t
sort through that pile of paperwork for you!
Coaching

team members so that their potential can be maximized. CEOs
use coaches who can be a sounding board and can help them to
implement well thought out decisions grounded in solid values.
