Occasionally we are contacted to work with an organization that has a team that is in conflict. They may have had a merger or acquisition. They may be struggling to try to overcome personality problems so they can go back to functioning as a team and completing the work they have come together to achieve.

Sage Portfolio Group uses interviews, program design and collaboration with the team members to help them restore the balance they need to work together again.

A typical engagement:

Step 1: Sage Portfolio Group is contacted by the organization and asked to help the team in trouble.

Step 2: Sage Portfolio Group listens to the problems and puts together a design and proposal for the organization that includes pricing.

Step 3: The organization approves the contract and the timeline is finalized.

Step 4: More information is gathered through interviews and surveys.

Step 5: The final design is completed.

Step 6: Survey and interview themes are shared with management.

Step 7: THE DAY

Interview and survey themes are shared with participants
Interactive exercises that target the challenges of the team
Opportunities for increased sharing
Workplace relationship skills are taught
Workplace processes are considered

Step 8: Evaluations and next steps are designed with the team and the organization.

Step 9: Follow-up work often occurs to help the team progress according to identified goals.
